1. INITIATE A RETURN

  • Log on to ‘My Account’
  • Go to ‘View my orders’ in ‘My Account’
  • Click on RETURN THIS ITEM for the item you wish to return
  • Select a reason for return
  • Upload supporting photographs of item and hit ‘Submit Return Request’

2. SHARE INFO FOR PICK UP

  • Our Customer Service Executive will call you within 24 Hours after you have initiated the request
  • Confirm date of reverse pick up with our Customer Service Executive

3. PICK UP

  • Handover the item you wish to return to the vendor’s executive
  • That’s it. Your work is done!

Once return claim is accepted, refunds will be processed within 48 Hours. Depending on the mode of payment you used, Banks and Payment Gateways usually take between 3-7 working days to credit the amount to your account.

Terms & conditions:

Woodzon allows return of products for 2 days from delivery in all the following cases:

  • Product is used/worn or altered
  • Physical damage to the product
  • If sealed package of branded products is open
  • The packet was empty / some item or accessory was missing
  • The product was defective,
  • Significantly different from the description given by the merchant (wrong size, colour, quality or material related issues)
  • The time frame starts from date the product was delivered as per the confirmation received from our logistics team or courier partners. The refund amount will be equal to the Paid amount for an item.
  • On certain items like Adhesives & Tools Seller’s or Brand’s Warranty may supersede Woodzon’s Money Back Guarantee.
  • For Machinery category return is only applicable on the receipt of incorrect or damaged product
  • Used Machinery & Materials category will not fall under Money back guarantee.
  • Seller will pick up product that you wish to return from your doorstep; however locations where we do not have reverse pick up facility, we may request you to self-ship the product to us.
  • Items must be returned in new and unopened condition with all the original packing, tags, peripherals, warranty/ guarantee card, freebies and accessories including straps and locks intact.
  • Customized orders cannot be returned.

 

Woodzon allows Cancellation of order within 24 hours from completion of transaction.

 

Customers can logon to www.woodzon.com to view order status and process cancellation request.
