HomeLane, India’s choice for on-time home interiors, launched its third & fourth studios in Pune, in Pimpri-Chinchwad and Lulla Nagar, to reinforce its commitment to building a robust omnichannel presence in Pune and broadly across the country. In Pune, HomeLane’s focus would be on new-age end-to-end home interior solutions. Uptil now, HomeLane’s presence in Pune has created over 120 + direct employment and 100+ partner employment.
Pune, also called the “The Oxford of the East”, the second IT hub, is a key market for both residential real estate and home interior services. The demand for modern and modular interiors in and around the area has been on a stready rise and homeowners are increasingly open to investing in organised players in the market who can deliver personalised designs with transparent prices and within predictable timelines. At present, HomeLane delivers 2.5 homes/ day in Pune and with the current launch, it is expected to target 5 by the end of this financial year.
Tanuj Choudhry, Co-Founder & COO, HomeLane said, “Pune has become one of the most sought-after cities in the realty market with a significant amount of migrating population. For us, Pune is a very high potential market with consumers here looking for reliable partners who can offer them innovative designs, one-stop solution, value for money and overall a hassle-free experience, which is where we come in. The two new studios will enable our customers to enjoy a wide variety of home setups on display, explore design ideas and co-create their dream home with our in-house design experts”.
Speaking about the new Studio launch, Jaffer Rafik Patel, Business Unit Head, HomeLane Pune said, “Pune is undoubtedly one of the country’s largest real estate markets, making it an ideal market for us to expand. With this launch, we now have a presence in Pimpri-Chinchwad, Baner, Lullanagar & Viman Nagar and we will continue to focus on expanding our reach and diversifying our portfolio of solutions in the coming months across the city.” HomeLane forayed into Pune in 2019 by launching its first studio in Baner, followed by another studio in VimanNagar. Overall in Maharashtra, HomeLane has 8 studios, including the new Pune launches. These studios feature a home-in-store experience with different display setups including kitchens, bedrooms and other spaces that have been created with a range of colours and finishes reflecting the vivid culture and people of the city.
