Dusaan Unveils New Furniture Line in Home Decor Expansion

New Delhi-based home decor brand Dusaan has made a significant expansion into the furniture category, introducing over 300 products. This new line aims to broaden Dusaan’s home decor offerings and meet the diverse needs of its growing customer base.

Dusaan is targeting a fivefold increase in growth within the furniture category by the end of 2024. The company is leveraging its strong market presence and customer loyalty to achieve this ambitious goal.

“Furniture is among the primary needs for every household, and we are excited to add this new line of products for our customers. With the addition of furniture on Dusaan, we are taking another step towards making home shopping easier for Indian consumers,” said Simran Kohli, Founder, Dusaan.

The newly launched furniture collection includes products from 20 domestic brands that emphasize eco-conscious designs and sustainable materials. This aligns with Dusaan’s commitment to promoting environmentally friendly practices. The company plans to expand this category further by December 2024, incorporating even more options for its customers.

Dusaan intends to tap into its existing customer base for the furniture category, focusing especially on those building or revamping their homes in Tier-I and Tier-II cities. The company believes this strategic move will help it capitalize on the increasing demand for stylish and sustainable home furnishings in these rapidly growing markets.

The collection features a wide range of furniture items, including desks, beds, tables, racks, table trolleys, chairs, poufs and stools, TV units, shelves, and storage units, with prices ranging from Rs. 5,000 to Rs. 40,000. This diverse selection ensures that there is something for every customer, catering to various tastes and budgets.

The new furniture category is already live on Dusaan’s platform, and the company is in the process of onboarding international furniture brands to further enhance its offerings. This move is expected to attract a wider audience and provide customers with access to high-quality furniture from around the world. Founded in 2022, Dusaan currently features over 400 brands, including more than 50 international ones. The e-commerce platform is also exploring collaborations with additional global brands, particularly those that are women-owned and eco-friendly.
