Godrej Interio aims to touch Rs 300 crore revenue by FY25

Godrej Interio plans to acquire 15% market share by FY25.
Since 2019, the company has booked infra projects worth Rs 450 crore.

Godrej Interio, a furniture solutions supplier and part of
the Godrej Group, wants to invest Rs 300 crore in its infrastructure arm by the
financial year 2025. By FY25, the company hopes to have a 15% market share.

Infrastructural projects totaling Rs 450 crore have been
booked by the corporation since 2019. Civil finishes, cladding, block works,
facade glazing, interiors, art forms, and architectural finishes are all
included in the scope of work for infra projects.

Anil Sain Mathur, COO, Godrej Interio said, “Infrastructure
projects in India have always been a focus area for us and one that we believe
has a lot of growth potential with the estimated addressable market around Rs
5,000 crore. Currently, our turnkey projects contribute up to 40% of our
turnover from the B2B segment.”

Godrej Interio also offers design and execution of civil and
interior work, MEP systems, security and surveillance, green consultancy, and
audio-visual solutions.

Till date, the company has partnered on four
metro rail projects across the country including Kolkata, Bengaluru, Mumbai and
Kochi. It has seven manufacturing facilities situated at Mumbai, Khalapur,
Haridwar, Shirwal, and Bhagwanpur and is currently present in over 650 cities
