concealed type Hinge with clip-on assembly typically used for thick doors.
Typically used for doors with thickness between 16 mm to 40 mm, these are ideal
for heavier doors.
These thick door Hinges provide a closing angle of 95Ëš to the
heavy doors. The Hinges are made of Steel and are plated with a special Nickel
plating for endurance and a long shelf life. Additionally, it is available with
auto closing soft close feature for perfect opening and smooth closing.
The Hinges are tested for 20,000 functional test cycles and
consist of a warranty of 5 years. They deliver on the Hepo promise of assured
quality as the range is Quality certified to EN15570, Level 1.
The Thick Door Hinge range provides the option of choosing
from three types of mounting plates which allow for in-built height adjustment.
This is possible due to the oblong holes and eccentric screws available on
mounting plate especially for thick doors.
