KUPER Vario Veneer Finger Jointing and Joining Machine

For the production of veneer roll material
With the KUPER ZIZU veneers are lengthened at the front end.
Special punching dies with irregular fingers provide the perfectly tightened finger jointing connection.
The type R-E includes as standard equipment a separate winding station for the production of veneer roll material.
This version works with an electronic SPScontrol with touch-panel, with frequency-controlled feed as well as a winder motor with automatic speed adjustment.

MACHINE CYCLE:
The operator feeds the veneers manually.
The veneers are then automatically clamped, finger-jointed, joined, glued and transported out of the machine respectively winded and the end is again positioned for the next joining.
A perfect working requires the use of flat veneers with parallel cut edges.
SPECIAL VERSION [VARIO]
The punching dies VARIO III are manufactured of the same high quality special alloy. Its characteristic feature is the particularly irregular finger shape which is repeated after 85 mm only and which does not require a precision grinding. However, the VARIO Version can only be used for veneer thicknesses of 0.4 – 0.8 mm
