TECHNICAL FEATURES:
Easy-to-use machine, with a reasonable cost, presenting excellent performance and
perfect quality of all applied machining.
– Steel structure in panels, column supports and electrically welded beams according to the
MIG/MAG process, providing a very high sturdiness
– Use of exclusive painting, especially elaborated for TECMATIC machines, which guarantees
longer duration and resistance to the accidental scratch by means of electrostatic process.
– Spray painted fairing by means of electrostatic process, that longer duration and a resistance
to the accidental scratch
– Centralized exhaust system built-in the machine structure and conveyed up to the saw blade carriage
Milled base in order to allow a very high precise cutting
– Pressure beam controlled by two pneumatic pistons and driven by rack and pinion, thus maintaining a
perfect parallelism on the whole surface of the machine working table.
– Dust conveyor system directly positioned on the pressure beam to increase the dust exhaustion power.
– Emergency bar, when activated, immediately interrupts the working cycle raising the presser or lowering the blade.

SAWBLADE CARRIAGE FEATURIZED BY:
– Movement by means of special bronze wheels on rectified steel guides guarantee cut quality.
– Self-cleaning system to avoid accumulation of dust
– Main blade 250 mm diam. and e scoring blade 115 mm diam. both blades with rapid locking during
changing perations
– Support tables coated with hard material, to grant an optimal support to processed panels.
– On the machine front part the working tables have the following measures:
1 table 380 x 2000 mm and square 90? and mechanical stop
2 tables 380 x 1250 mm
– On the machine rear part the working tables have the following measures:
* 1 table 380 x 2000 mm, square 90? mechanical stop
* 2 tables 380 x 1250 mm, with mechanical stop
– Electric system in conformity with NBR 5410 norms
– All the wires are duly identified and fixed with the same force on all screws,
preventing possible badly-contacts and facilitating the identification of
eventual problems.
– Safety and control pressure system for compressed air. The system
switches off the machine in case of pressure fall of the compressed air,
avoiding the incorrect working of the presser on the processed material.
– Control pushbuttons directly positioned on the mobile control panel
