GENERAL FEATURES:
Single head multiboring machine. It is capable to carry out horizontal, vertical and 45?
boring operations for wooden or similar materials machining.

Base and working table:
Structure made of bended and welded steel plates to create a large workpiece support
surface.
– right/left extensions with retractable stops L=”3000mm”
– the extensions can be installed on the guides already mounted on the machine and are
positioned at 90 degrees with reference to the boring line; They are complete with no. 4
retractable stops (can be used also as rear guides)
– no.2 upper pressure cylinders for the workpieces hold-down
– compass device allows the quick positioning of the guide located opposite the one in use
without necessity of metrical rule reading

Gantry structure:
High thickness steel structure, with depth adjustment, to easily support the working stress.
Pneumatic cylinders for the workpieces locking when machining.

Operating unit:
Boring head with quick attachment spindles (32mm centre-to-centre distance), aluminium
structure and gears motion. Boring head movement through pneumatic piston.

– adjustment, activated by pneumatic circuit, which allows the automatic boring head
rotation from control board
– spindles preset for quick change adaptors
– no. 9 drilling bit-holder bushes 10 mm diameter
– shaving suction means of outlet on the boring head and air conveyor on the base

Workpiece and operating unit movement
Automatic head movement for the horizontal and vertical boring unit positioning, with
locking at 45?.
Rear stops, lateral stops and extensions for long workpieces ensure the best working
precision.
