1. Scan label to operate;
2.PC control with CAD/CAM, scan bar code to drill instantly.
3. Double gripper and long rail for continuous drilling, gripper speed can be 80m/min, auto check hole position and avoid the position, reduce change gripper time. Gripper rail have 4.4m, big panel can be catch by one time.
4.With floating table and floating press, will make air move at up and down face of workpiece when working, improve feeding speed and avoid broke panel, press and drill will be done at same time, make sure the precise.
Drill package position is special to avoid panel move to cause burst and mistake; also avoid the dust.
5. Machine body can fit drill horizontal hole of many panel.
6. Machining model can be select according to working amount and process. Workpiece front in/rear out can connect with produce line, machine work quickly and can achieve dual station PTP CNC machine level. Front in/front out model mainly for panel need drill hole at top and below face of panel.
