Greenply Industries Ltd had incorporated a 50:50 Joint Venture Company in India in the name of ‘Greenply Samet Private Limited’, for manufacturing and selling functional furniture hardware.
The said Joint Venture has commenced manufacturing activities and commercial production as per the Phase – I plan on 30 March 2024 in its unit situated at Sherpura, Savli Halol Road, Dist. Vadodara, Gujarat. The production at this facility will be ramped-up in three phases spread over next 3 years.
Shares of Greenply Industries Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 230.40 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 229.70. The total number of shares traded during the day was 12243 in over 373 trades.
