Eternal Ply Block Boards
Our Block Boards is made of high density timber, kiln seasoned with lumber core and treated with preservatives. Selected imported Pine wood is used to make these Block Boards. It is highly stable, has excellent mechanical strength and high nail and screw holding capacity. Available in two grades ? Interior grade bonded with Melamine Urea Formaldehyde (MUF) Resin which resists warm water up to 8 hours; and Exterior grade bonded with Phenol Urea Formaldehyde Resin which is 100% 72 hours boiling water proof. Utmost care is taken to ensure uniformity so as to eliminate gaps, overlapping or corrugation which prevents the chances of the board disintegrating when cut. Our Block Boards do not expand, contract and warp-like solid wood. It is completely resistant to micro-organisms, borer, termite and powder. It is used for laminated shelves, furniture and kitchen partitions.

Gattani Block Board
Gattani Ply Blockboard is manufactured with selected and seasoned pine planks. The planks are treated with preservatives of special quality to resisi borer termite and fungi attack and later kiln dried at a technically laid temperature schedule. ‘Gattani Ply’ drying technology and temperature control parameters are tough to maintain elsewhere and rare in the industry but is very helpful in getting balanced and straight planks.
