GMG Plywood Block Board is a premium quality board with high resistant properties against borerand termite attacks. Block Board that we offer is made as per IS: 1659 standards. Therefore,quality of our Block Board exceptionally good that ensures higher strength and durability to ourproduct. All the three components of this blockboard i.e. Face Veneer, Core Veneer & wooden battens are well matched. The wooden battens are thoroughly seasoned in scientifically run seasoning kiln plants and then cut with great precision to obtain uniform thickness. Battens in our Block Board are then arranged uniformly and gaps in between these battens are also prevented. Block Board, provided by us, is bonded with melamine urea formaldehyde and fortified phenol formaldehyde synthetic resin.

Our Flush Doors are manufactured as per IS: 2202 standards. Flush Doors, offered by us, are combined with hardwood to make these capable of bearing heavy loads. We make use of full size frames in our Flush Doors to offer excellent strength to these. Moreover, our Flush Doors have side lock rails that give high strength To handles and knobs. Our Flush Doors have core, frames and battens that are treated with chemicals so that these remain stable during bore and termite attack. We make use of BWP grade PF resin and TGP technology in our Flush Doors so that provides durability to our product. The flush doors are manufactured under strict quality control conditions that exceed the ISI specifications.
