? CANPLY FLUSH DOORS are fabricated as a five ply construction-a central core of wooden strip, to cross bands and to face veneers on each side of the core assembly.
? Other parameters for processing of CANPLY FLUSH DOORS, such as pre-pressing, hot-pressing, press temperature and pressure etc., are the same as block board processing.
? Battens of timber confirming to IS: 1659 as listed under ?Annexure B? are used, after proper treatment and seasoning as frame.
? Assembled packs (a central core of a wooden frame, two cross bands and to face veneers) are pressed a hot pressed with PF resin with anti-borer and anti-termite compounds to make the products termite resistant under high temperature and high pressure.
