Heesemann Surface Sanding Machine KSA 8
For sanding widths of 1,600 mm, 2,000 mm, 2,300 mm and 2,600 mm our programme offers the machine series KSA 8 that can be equipped with up to 6 sanding units. By means of a flexible modular system calibrating rollers, cross and longitudinal sanding units can be combined easily.
Therefore, the machines are suitable for calibrating, veneer and lacquer sanding tasks. A robust machine engineering guarantees an operation free from vibrations even for bigger sanding widths. The machines are suitable for the industrial three-shift-operation with high feed speeds. In the panel industry special press down systems ensure a safe transport and precise sanding on the whole workpiece surface.
