SANKALP Calibrated Flush Doors
The process of manufacturing a Calibrated Flush Door Starts after a normal Flush Door is created.
First Laminate / Veneer is pressed on the flush door under a specially designed press machine (like; Cold Press, Hydraulic Hot Press) giving the ultimate bonding to the flush door to ensure optimum strength and durability.
Flush door is then passed in a calibration machine and thereafter in European wide belt sander uniform (Calibrated) thickness.
The resultant flush doors are known as Calibrated Flush Doors.
The Name itself defines the process and its unique feature.
