GENERAL CHARACTERISTICS
– Manual horizontal beam saw designed to cut solid wood panels, chipboards, MDF panels, multilayer panels, plywood
panels and fiber panels.

STRUCTURE AND BASE
– Steel tubular structure;
– Central foot;
– Work table in reinforced ribbed steel and bakelite coated

PRESSURE BEAM
– Pressure beam with even pressure on entire cutting length,
– Pneumatic vertical adjustment with precision racks and pinions, pressure adjustable from 1,5 to 6 bar;
– Double dust conveying system: one on the top applied directly to the pressure beam to keep the working table clean and one on the bottom applied to the saw carriage

WORK TABLES
– Three front tables and three rear tables, one table with squaring fence plus two bakelite-coated support tables in
each side (front and rear).
– Rear support tables with stops, one stop for each rear support table;
– Front and rear squaring fences with 1 mechanical stop for each fence;

SAW BLADE CARRIAGE
– 1 motor for the main blade and 1 motor for the scoring blade;
– saw carriage driven by chain;
– Sliding on steel guide and special bronze wheels;
– Adjustment of the intermediate saw carriage return point on the entire cutting width;
– Mechanical system for blades changeover;

CONTROL UNIT
– Rotative console to control the machine on both working sides (front and rear)

SAFETY REGULATIONS
– Emergency bar on cutting line, on the front and rear working sides;
– Front safety protection with plastic fingers with compass movement
– Electrical board with high safety features complete with:
* dust-proof cabinet (ip 55 protection) with padlockable main switch;
* Overload motor protection;
* Auxiliary low voltage circuit for the commands, the electronic controls
and low voltage signals;
* safety microswitch on blade access door ;
