Eternal Ply Block Boards
Our Block Boards is made of high density timber, kiln seasoned with lumber core and treated with preservatives. Selected imported Pine wood is used to make these Block Boards. It is highly stable, has excellent mechanical strength and high nail and screw holding capacity. Available in two grades ? Interior grade bonded with Melamine Urea Formaldehyde (MUF) Resin which resists warm water up to 8 hours; and Exterior grade bonded with Phenol Urea Formaldehyde Resin which is 100% 72 hours boiling water proof. Utmost care is taken to ensure uniformity so as to eliminate gaps, overlapping or corrugation which prevents the chances of the board disintegrating when cut. Our Block Boards do not expand, contract and warp-like solid wood. It is completely resistant to micro-organisms, borer, termite and powder. It is used for laminated shelves, furniture and kitchen partitions.

Eternal Ply Commercial Teak Plywood
Our Commercial Teak Plywood is made from select teak veneers. We have used extra thick veneers for superior quality plywood with better nail and screw holding capacities. The plywood veneers are bonded using Melamine Formaldehyde Resin for superior bonding, better shine and stain free surface. Each sheet of plywood is treated with durable preservatives to make it completely resistant to Borer, Termite and Powder and made by an Eco-friendly process. It is used for Furniture ? interior and exterior, Wall panelling, Partitions and Decorations.

Our Marine Plywood is exterior grade plywood specially made from extra layers of select Hardwood veneers and bonded with extra layers of Phenol Formaldehyde Resin, which makes our product 108 hours Boiling Water Proof instead of the conventional 72 hours. It is made from 100% Harwood, either high quality Gurjan or other Hardwood, varying on the price range. Various chemicals are added to make our Marine Plywood not just water-proof but fire-proof too. Use of full cross and panel core gives our Marine Plywood unmatched strength and stability. Our Marine Plywood is strong enough to withstand excess load, thrust and vibrations. It is dimensionally stable and an ideal choice for high quality projects. Our MR Grade Plywood is interior grade plywood made from select, seasoned, smooth and uniform Hardwood veneers. It is ideal for places which are hot and humid, where the moisture content in the air is high. It is bonded using special synthetic Melamine Urea Formaldehyde (MUF) Resin under controlled temperature and pressure and is treated with highly durable preservatives. Our MR Grade Plywood conforms to IS: 303 standards. It is completely resistant to Borer, Termite and Powder. It is the right choice for making premium quality furniture, partitions, panelling and packaging.
